You will be eligible for a full refund if the item is deemed misrepresented. If you believe the item you purchased was misrepresented, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a claim. We are always here to help!
Item Not as Described:
- Please contact us via email, phone, or the Help button within 3 days of delivery of your item to request a refund.
- Your payment will be safely held until 3 days after delivery, so if we do not hear from you by then, the seller's payment will be released.
- Please include your Order Number and a description of the issue in your email.
- Your claim will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. If the item is indeed not as described, the order will be cancelled once the seller or SnobSwap has received the item. You will be refunded once the item has been confirmed as received. You will receive a free return shipping label to return the item to the seller.
- If you question the authenticity of an item, our authenticators will work with independent expert authenticators to review the item. If the item is found to be non-authentic, you will receive a full refund. Sellers of counterfeit items will be shut down immediately and reported to legal authorities.
